And how you guys doing. You know, in reference to when you make juices, this is delicious. It's wonderful low power XL. It's really good. The pulp is really good for other things too. So in Rama stew, you know, toppings on ice cream, toss it, uh you can make, you know, yogurt with the pulp, you know, put it in the yogurt that's really good for it. And, you know, you can drop it in stew, you can drop it in uh soups, you know. So when you make the pulp for your, uh from your juices, you're able to make, you know, other things like, you know, uh beef stew, chicken stew, you can just, you know, put some of the pulp in there. It adds a nice little variety of tastes on toppings of ice cream, vanilla, ice cream or whatever choice of ice cream. Depends on what fruit you put in there or veggies, you know, based on your taste or what you like. And you can even put drops of, uh, or you can even put a little uh salad dressing of your favorite salad dressing in your juice. If, if it's a vegetable juice or even if it's a pineapple salad, you know, you put some different varieties of salad dressing, like maybe a little, uh, olive garden salad dressing or, you know, different craft or, uh, you know, western dressing. And it just depends on what it's like having a salad, you know, it's just, or depends on what you, what you put in there, vegetables or fruit or what your liking is or your taste.
